Pointing Out The Obvious

So obviously I've barely been around, marginally above never. Always seem to find a favourite or two added in my absence, so THANKS FOR FAVOURITES, even if I'm not around. I haven't been writing or had inspiration since.. April? I don't know if that'll change, I look back at my stuff and for the most part if feels like four years of "Forever Fifteen" *shudders*  Of course, there are exceptions. But yeah, I'll try to sign in once in a while for the few people I talk to :D (and to shovel through deviations obviously)  and the occasional venty inspired clump of words it seems

I just realised I've been a member here for four years. Also somehow getting near to 300 deviations. Even though I'm not on as frequently, I do remember to come back every so often. This made me think, I don't feel like I change or grow much as a person, but really I have. Little by little. From one ridiculous crush to something a little more real gone sour, various degrees of shyness and awkwardness. Some things remain similar, but it's all changing slowly. Heck, throughout all my time as a member I've went from knowing nothing about driving to maybe finally a couple of months from my test. So, I guess I just decided to share my thought

A Dating Opinion Ponder

Hello, I'm still here, just barely and distracted but will totally get back to being organised. In this lifetime. Anyway, after a difference of opinions with some friends, and agreeing with one, I am curious what more people think. Generic heterosexual date: should the guy pay? My friends, both girls, said the guy should - or at least offer to.  My guy friend pointed out the whole equality issue there - kinda hard to be all for gender equality and then OH NO MALES MUST PAY. Another friend however leaned more towards it being an ego thing for guys? I'd say maybe that is true for some, but you couldn't generalise. He also said it should be
